I have worked with many age groups over the years but the millennials really do come across as the group who don't understand how to make do. Even working with them, they do not want to do the ground work, there is an air of it being beneath them. This really shines out when you read through their proposals. It is easy to paraphrase some information from the internet and suggest some top named "widgets" on the internet that could increase/decrease time or costs, but have you truly scoped it out to ensure it does not duplicate or conflict with current systems and processes.
